Now with automatic Email template population to ensure that all Quotes/Orders and Invoices have a related standard Email format applied to them to improve productivity and reduce typing errors for things such as T's&C's.

With just one click the CRM email is created, the email body populated with the configured email template and the quote, order or invoice is attached as a PDF file, just select send and the process is complete.

SharePoint integration enhances the Sales PDF productivity Packs ability to quickly save quotes orders and invoices with standard naming conventions at a single click, with the ability to save them into a SharePoint document library with just a single mouse click.

Quotes orders and invoices can be simply and securely stored in a SharePoint library for quick reference and searching. Utilising the power of SharePoint for document management delivers fast searching and selection of relevant documents.

With the configurable document naming facility document can be named by customer, quote details and revisions and date for fast indexing and searching using SharePoint as the document management solution.
